Our project “Psychological Help Center for Citizens Impacted by COVID-19” implemented by Veles NGO with the financial support of the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) has finished.

Since July 2020 a team of experienced psychologists cooperating with our organization has provided psychological support to people to decrease psychological problems among the population of the Republic of Armenia related to COVID-19.

A Help Centre was established to provide psychological support to mental health and well-being to citizens through telehealth counselling. Our psychologists also have done a great job during the war on volunteer basis consulting the victims of the war (soldiers and their families refugees and children).

Summarizing the project, we express our gratitude to the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) – #Canada in Armenia and all the participants for their excellent and professional work.
